Aims of the partner meeting

1. Welcome partner representatives

2. Review progress to date, clarify issues and resolve matters arising from individual partner contributions. Partners will be  expected to bring to the meeting a written progress report relating to their individual activity.

   3.  Interim report. Evaluation.

4. Establish new roles.

Partners’ roles and responsibilities. The Written agreements. Allocation of tasks. Establish what is to be achieved by whom and by when. Prospects of the partners’ involvement further to their agreement. Identify Sub Group partners. Agree priorities.

5. Evaluation and dissemination.

What has been done so far, by whom. Future plans.

6. Review financial arrangements.

The time sheets. Sub-contracting.

   7. Identify the next meeting. Aims.   

   8. Questions and answers.
